Developed high-fidelity user flows for the City of Mississauga's business licensing, ticketing, and tax certification sections of their website. By leveraging the city’s internal design system and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, I created both desktop and mobile versions of the user flows, ensuring consistency, usability, and ease of navigation.
