Since joining the Bids and Tenders project in 2016, I’ve led the product design efforts to create a streamlined, digital platform that simplifies procurement processes for professionals. My focus has been on designing user-centered solutions that eliminate manual workflows and reduce errors, contributing to the platform's success. Today, Bids & Tenders has grown to a network of 175,000 suppliers, with a total bid value of $1.25 billion. Key contributions:
Bid Management
I designed an intuitive interface for creating and managing bids, focusing on user-friendly templates and clear navigation. My efforts made project configuration, team management, and vendor notifications more accessible for users.
Online Submissions
I improved the submission process for suppliers by designing a secure, seamless user flows. The integration of a compliance checker ensured that only compliant bids were accepted, simplifying the submission experience.
Evaluation
I streamlined the evaluation process by designing digital scorecards and automating bid analysis. My work made collaboration easier, with clear data visualization and customizable templates for different project needs.
Award Projects
I created an efficient document management interface for awarding projects. By integrating contracts and documentation, I contributed to a smooth, cohesive workflow for users.
Contract Management
I designed a contract dashboard that made it easy to manage contracts, set notifications, and access critical documents quickly, ensuring the system stayed organized and user-friendly.
